Your local workspace

The desktop product keeps your second brain, writing style, notes, briefs, draft emails and action history in a workspace on your computer. Its local cockpit and MCP adapter do not upload that workspace to a VibeExec data service and have no built-in telemetry.

Your chosen AI host and authorized connectors may process the emails, attachments, documents and other context used by your workflows. Their account settings and privacy policies apply. Local files do not mean all AI processing happens offline. Share only information you are authorized to use.

Information the website handles

• Account information: your email address, account identifier and authentication records, to sign you in and manage access.
• Setup answers: the tools, preferences and other answers you submit, to personalize your package and let you continue your setup.
• Package and update records: account-linked entitlement records, product versions and operational download/update diagnostics. Download diagnostics include request references, stages, status codes, browser/system categories and an identifiable gateway name when available. They exclude raw mail, attachments and your knowledge base.
• Support information: messages, feedback and any diagnostic material you choose to send us. Please redact workplace confidential content and credentials.
• Service and security logs: our hosting and authentication providers may record request timestamps, IP addresses and device/browser information for operation, security and troubleshooting.
• Optional website analytics: with your permission, website visits and interactions through Vercel Analytics and PostHog. PostHog uses cookies/local storage and session replay. Website recordings can include page content and interactions; do not enter confidential work into website fields.

Why we use it and who processes it

We use account and setup information to provide the service, manage downloads and updates, respond to requests and diagnose failures. Optional analytics help us understand and improve the website.

Our service providers include Supabase for authentication and account/setup records, Vercel for website hosting and optional analytics, Resend for service emails, Cloudflare for DNS and support email forwarding, and PostHog for optional analytics and session replay. These providers process information needed for those services. We may also disclose information when legally required. Provider processing can take place outside your country.

Cookies and your choices

Sign-in uses necessary session storage and cookies. Your setup answers and checklist choices can also be saved in this browser. Optional website analytics start only after you choose to allow them. You can change that choice below or through Privacy choices in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent sign-in or downloading.

How long information stays

Your local workspace remains on your computer until you remove it; uninstalling the plugin does not delete it. Website account, setup and entitlement records remain while we maintain your account, until a deletion request is processed or the records are removed. Support correspondence and operational records currently have no automatic expiry; we retain them until they are manually deleted, subject to applicable legal obligations. Optional analytics retention follows the configured provider settings. Contact us to request deletion or details about a specific record.

Access, correction and deletion

You can edit setup answers on the website, change your analytics choice, and edit or remove files in your local workspace. The account page can clear this browser's saved information; it does not delete your server-side account. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of information held by VibeExec, or to withdraw consent. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Your rights and any right to complain to a supervisory authority depend on applicable law.
