Terms of service

These terms describe use of the VibeExec website and desktop product, provided by Andrei Chekunin under the VibeExec product name. Questions can be sent to contact@vibeexec.co.

Early access

VibeExec is currently available for free testing. No purchase is required for the current early-access edition. Features may change as we develop the product. Availability depends on your AI host, operating system, installed runtimes, connector permissions, provider limits and company policies. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular completion time.

Permission to use the product

We give you permission to install and use the VibeExec materials supplied to you for your own work, subject to these terms and applicable third-party notices. This does not transfer ownership of the VibeExec product, branding or code to you. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

Your permissions and responsibilities

Use VibeExec only with accounts, files and services you are authorized to access. Follow your employer's policies and the terms of your AI and connector providers. Do not use it to bypass security controls, obtain unauthorized information, or carry out unlawful activities.

You control which sources and routines are enabled. Review AI-generated work before relying on it, sharing it or taking action. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. VibeExec prepares unsent emails; you review, edit and send them in your mail app. A draft or completed cockpit item is not proof that an email was sent or an obligation was fulfilled.

Your files and information

Your own materials remain yours. Keep appropriate backups of your local workspace. Removing the plugin does not remove that workspace, and scheduled routines may need to be stopped separately. See the privacy policy for how website information and local working content are handled.

Updates and support

You can request an update through your installed VibeExec workflow. Updates may require a compatible host version or approval under your organization's policies. VibeExec aims to preserve personal files and reports conflicts rather than silently overwriting edited product helpers. Support is available by email, without a guaranteed response time.

Ending use and changes

You can stop using VibeExec, disable its routines and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend access in cases of misuse or security concerns, or discontinue early access. We will publish updated terms here when the service changes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
